ABOUT US
Community Trust Fund (CTF) is a Humanitarian Organization Established on December 23, 1993 in Sri Lanka. CTF is registered with the National NGO Secretariat of the Ministry of Social Services, Sri Lanka under Voluntary Services Organizations Act No. 31 of 1980 as amended by Act No. 8 of 1998.

Vision CTF strives towards the realization of a society in which justice, equality and human rights are respected and people lead a peaceful life in spite of various differences. Mission CTF voices the grievances of all human beings irrespective of cast, religion, ethnicity and nationality and creates opportunities for the development of affected and underprivileged people
Objectives To improve the living standards of the poor, war and Tsunami affected people, marginalized and disadvantaged groups of people through participatory approaches and providing basic facilities to safeguard and improve their human rights and human dignity
CTF Team CTF has currently 160 full time team members, 2 part time team members, 5 consultants and 350 volunteers. CTF provides equal opportunity to everyone and encourages both men and women to join the team.

Administration CTF is managed by a team based in the Coordinating Secretariat who are answerable to the Board of Trustees. Function of the Coordinating Secretariat is divided into seven sections such as Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Telecommunication, Monitoring and Evaluation, Program, Resources Development, and Secretariat. Each unit is led by a Managing Trustee and supported by dedicated team members. CTF also has Field Bureau in each of its operational district.
