08.03.2008 Mr. IKEGAMI Yoshiharo, Executive Director International Peace Assistance Centre, Japan (IPAC) To discuss about CTF activities and to conduct a needs assessment of the needs and problems of the displaced population live in Puttalam district.  He visited number of IDP camps in Puttalam, met with IDPs and had fruitful discussions with members of Citizen’s Committee and Women Forum.
