Vision and Mission

CTF strives towards the realization of a society in which justice, equality and human rights are respected and people lead a peaceful life in spite of various differences.

CTF voices the grievances of all human beings irrespective of cast, religion, ethnicity and nationality and creates opportunities for the development of affected and underprivileged people.

Objectives

To improve the living standards of the poor, war and Tsunami affected people, marginalized and disadvantaged groups of people through participatory approaches and providing basic facilities to safeguard and improve their human rights and human dignity

Administration

CTF is managed by a team based in the Coordinating Secretariat who are answerable to the Board of Trustees. Function of the Coordinating Secretariat is divided into seven sections such as Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Telecommunication, Monitoring and Evaluation, Program, Resources Development, and Secretariat. Each unit is led by a Managing Trustee and supported by dedicated team members.

Swarnapuri people's dream come true.....

Construction of School Building and Pre School

After the resettlement in the region children faced difficulties to continue their education in the former schools due to lack of facilities. Some schools were much damaged and couldn’t find any buildings to place the children. CTF Selected Swarnapuri GMM School which was very close and easy access of all three villages. The school was lacking with proper building, furniture and sanitation facilities. CTF constructed a school building admitted with 04 classrooms and one office room, Two Separate toilets for Girls and Boys and provided classroom furniture like children’s chairs, children’s tables, teachers table and office room furniture for principle. The preschool in the Swarnapuri was running in a small temporary building without proper furniture and play ground. CTF constructed new Preschool building and provided children’s furniture, cupboards and play ground with playing tools. The building was very much attracted by the children as it was painted beautifully, draw with pictures, useful information and planted trees in preschool’s surrounding
