Expect Qualifications.

Directors.

• Should be a graduate of an approved university or holder of a degree from a recognized institution.
• Should be a person with highest educational qualification in Tamil & English languages.  Knowledge in sinhala will be an added qualification.
• Should have good computer knowledge.
• Age to be between 35 – 50 years old.
• To be a smart pleasant person able to manage a sectional unit.
• Salary: Negotiable, depending on qualifications and work experience

 

Assistant director.

• Good qualified in International Relations, Political Science, Sociology or Conflict Resolution.
• Good analytical skills
•  Excellent writing skills in English & Tamil
• Ability to write/ edit documents in Sinhala.
• Good computer skills , including familiarity with internet search engines
• At least two years work experience in the field of research or publication preferably in a Non Governmental Organization, with demonstrated skills in formulating project proposals, progress reports and budgets as well as compiling/editing newspaper/ journal articles.
• The selected candidate should be a good team player with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
  Salary: Negotiable, depending on qualifications and work experience
  Age: Over 25 years old.
